Refunds
We believe it is important for you to try our software without obligation. To that purpose, we make available to you a free download version of our software you may use without cost or time limit so you can verify that it meets your needs. However, once you have purchased a license for a registered copy of AutoVIP, we cannot offer a refund.
Upgrade Discounts
If you are interested in an upgrade discount, please notify us before you place an upgrade order so we can verify the status of your current license.
You may upgrade to the Pro version at anytime and receive a full refund for your current version license once we verify the version you are upgrading from.
You may upgrade to the Plus version within 30 days of purchasing a standard edition license and receive a refund for your standard edition license once we verify your standard edition license.
You may receive only one upgrade discount.
Upgrade refunds are based on your original actual license cost at time of purchase.
Lost Activation Code
If you have lost your activation code, please contact us and we can reissue an activation code at a 70% discount from our current license fees.
Please note that it is usually not necessary to reissue your activation code.
The easiest option is for you to restore your database from your backup copy. See the User Guide and/or our FAQ web page for more info.
Sales Tax
We do not collect sales tax. Typically, sales tax does not apply to non-tangible 'digital goods'. If you believe sales tax is due at your location, it is your responsibility to verify that and pay it on your own.
Software CD
We do not offer our software on a CD. You can make your own CD by copying the installation file from our website to a CD.
W-9 Forms
We do not provide W-9 Forms because Alembx Solutions LLC is not an independent contractor working for you.
Manual Invoice
We are happy to send you an invoice upon request, but we will add an additional $15.00 handling fee to the invoice. The reason for this is that our business model is based on reducing transaction costs using Internet automation for order fulfillment. This approach helps us keep our prices incredibly low. When certain transactions such as manual invoicing are requested, we pass the cost along to the requestor so that other customers are not impacted.
