Spreadsheet Export
FleetVIP PRO includes a spreadsheet export option on the Search/Print windows. When the Export button is clicked, the currently displayed rows of data are written to a comma-delimited file suitable for import into a spreadsheet program like Gnumeric or Microsoft Excel.
Please note the full file name displayed when you use the export option. Then open that file from your spreadsheet program. (An example is shown below but the file name might be different.)
If you re-export, the previous export file is overwritten. So first save it to a different name from within your spreadsheet if you want to keep it for posterity.
Other versions of FleetVIP support all the Search/Print features other than the Export option.
If you do not have the Pro version yet, you can still demo the export feature with a limited number of records. In that scenario, you will see the following advisory message if you click the Export button:
