Getting started - Guided Set-Up
Click Register FleetVIP via Internet to immediately access the website at www.alembx.com and register FleetVIP. Your internet connection must be online when you click this option.
Activation Wizard - Once you have registered FleetVIP, you use this wizard to enter your activation code and unlock the features for the version you registered. (How to upgrade)
User Guide - Displays the User Guide Table of Contents. Now that you are here in the User Guide, just click the Contents button at the top of this Help window to display the Table of Contents.
Search for Help On... This opens the User Guide system Search tab as shown below. Or from where you are now, simply click on the Search tab at the top of this window. If you do not see it, click the Show/Hide button at the top left of this window.
Turn off Guided Set-Up - Click to toggle Guided Set-Up help windows off or on. Once you are familiar with how to use the program, you may prefer to turn off Guided Set-Up. A check mark appears next to the menu item if Guided Set-Up is turned OFF.
Suppress Pop-Up Help Tips: Pop-up help tips are the small yellow boxes that appear for several seconds when you move your mouse over a new button or field. These boxes contain a sentence or two explaining about the button or field your mouse is over. Once you are familiar with the layout of the program, you may prefer to turn off these pop-up messages.
Click on the Help menu and click on 'Suppress Pop-Up Help Tips'. They will go away. If you change your mind and want them back, go there and click on the same menu option again. It is like an on-off switch. A check mark appears next to the menu item if help tips are turned OFF.
