Guided Set-up: Adding Scheduled Tasks
A Maintenance Schedule is a list of tasks that need to be done, usually at specified time or distance intervals. Like every 6 months or 6,000 miles, whichever comes first. Or maybe every 6 months no matter what. Now you will define those tasks for your vehicle or other equipment.
From the Viewing Vehicle Profile screen, click the Add Scheduled Task button which looks like this:
![]()
A new screen will appear to define a new scheduled task.
Please notice the status bar messages at the bottom left of the program window for ongoing help tips. Also try holding the mouse (don't click) over any button or entry field to see a pop-up help tip.
After saving each new scheduled task, click the Add Scheduled Task button again until you have entered all the scheduled tasks you want to track for the selected vehicle. Add at least two tasks now for the Guided Set-Up lesson. You can add as many more as you need later by using the same button.
See this topic for more detail on adding a scheduled task.
Once you have added one scheduled task, Guided Setup will then cover entering task completion dates and mileage/km/hours.
